Handheld Pen Scanner From Docupen Handles Full Pages

(ContentDesk) April 3, 2004 -- Look there! Up in your pocket. It's a pen. No it's a laser pointer! No, it's a scanner! But this is not one of those mild-mannered pen scanners that merely scans a word or a line at a time. This is a full page scanner. Yet it's just a smidge bigger than a pen.

The problem with most pen scanners is that they use the tip of the pen as an optical reader. You hold the pen as you would a writing instrument and move the tip of the pen over the lines in a page you wish to scan. Because of the tiny surface area at the tip of the pen, you are limited to scanning in a line at a time at best. But with the DocuPen from Planon System Solutions, the entire length of the pen is the scanning element. And since the length of the pen is 8 inches, you can scan in an entire page with just one top-to-bottom motion.

Reversing the 'End Times' Prophecy

Denver, CO (ContentDesk) April 14, 2006 -- Through extensive research for Book Two in a seven book series of REALITY FICTION (tm), Coco Tralla LLC questions the misuse of an energy resource that, when used properly, makes oil and gas, even electrical lines obsolete. The company claims the misuse of this energy explains the unexplained science of the Fall of the Towers on 9/11/01, as well as the multiple record breaking natural disasters that have occurred since that fateful day. In view of the catastrophic events since 9/11, Tralla Productions (pronounced like tra-la-la) asks seven questions:1. Since no plane hit Building 7 on 9/11/01, yet the building pancaked, could it be possible an undisclosed weapon of mass destruction was used that day?2. Is the US governments decision to perform nuclear testing in Nevada on June 2, 2006, which would create the first mushroom cloud to appear on American soil for decades, a good idea? 3.

In view of the massive illnesses in the aftermath...

shows that one has done well enough to stay in business! When choosing a UK
label manufacturer, you may want to look for someone with a record of
accomplishment of performance and a history of success. That's a good way to

Digital Photography, Is It Right For You?

Lately, people have been asking me the same question over and over, "Should I buy a digital camera?" And for everyone that asks, I have the perfect answer. Maybe. There are many factors that go into the decision about going digital, not the least being whether you are a professional or amateur photographer. You need to ask yourself how you will use your photographs. Will they be for your website, magazine articles, stock agencies, advertising or something else? You then have to do some research and see what each of these markets asks for. Stock agencies love digital, as do many ad agencies, but most magazines want slides.Do you want to stay with film? Great.

Film still gives better image quality than digital. However, in a year or two digital will probably rival film. You also need to consider that film manufacturers are reducing the range of film they produce. I was amazed when a few months ago the owner of my local camera store told me that Kodak is going to discontinue Kodachrome...
